FULL DISCLOSURE: We at Euphoria Gems and Beads make every effort to photograph and describe items as accurately as possible. The image a customer sees on his/her computer screen can vary depending upon many factors, including image resolution of monitor, etc. Most metals are stamped with an identifier as to the precious alloy content. Castings and metals without an identifing stamp are as described to the best of our knowledge. Described carat weights may vary +/- .05ct due to the unique individuality of each gemstone. Freeform, nugget, or tumbled stones by their very nature will vary in size, color and overall appearance. Every effort has been made to supply the customer with a true image of an item with an accurate description, but the item a customer receives may not look exactly the same as the picture due to the variations found in natural gemstones and/or image resolution issues.

Q: How much is the insurance for shipping?
A: Shipping rates on shopping cart page include insurance against lost or damaged parcels during shipping.
Q: What is Euphoria's return policy?
A: If the item is not as represented (certified appraisal by a Graduate Gemologist required), and unaltered in any way (item has not been sized or altered in any way) the customer will receive a 100% refund of the item's purchase price. (less the S/H & ins). Appraisal fee is the responsibility of the customer. Any item returned within 15 days of RECEIPT, in unaltered condition, will receive a refund of the item's purchase price (less the S/H + ins), minus a 15% restocking charge. The customer will be issued a 50% of purchase price credit toward a future purchase for any item returned more than 15 days after receipt, in unaltered condition, before S/H + insurance.
Q: How do I get an appraisal included with my item? Who will perform appraisal?
A: For an additional fee, an appraisal by an INDEPENDENT gemologist (Graduate Gemologist, not employed by Euphoria) can be included with any item. The buyer's name (or name supplied by the buyer) will be included in the appraisal. If the appraisal is included, the certified appraisal will be shipped with the item with no additional fee charged.
Appraisal will include a full description of the item and include estimated replacement cost of item. Customer may order and pay for the appraisal before item is shipped, and have a copy mailed prior to purchase of item. Appraisal fees are non-refundable, and will range from $35 to $75 depending on the item to be appraised, and gemologist performing the appraisal. The customer is under no obligation to purchase the item once the appraisal is received. Q: Are all stones genuine?
A: Unless otherwise stated in description, all stones are the genuine stone, not man-made or lab-created.
Q: What kind of metals does Euphoria use?
A: Euphoria uses 18kt, 14kt, 10kt gold (alloys will vary), vermeil(14kt gold or platinum over sterling silver), gold filled, gold plated, sterling silver, nickel, and stainless steel in it's creations. Q: Can Euphoria size my item?
A: Any item can be shipped pre-sized at the customer's request, if sizing is possible. (some items, due to their design, are limited or impossible to alter the size) Items presized by Euphoria are not refundable, and customer will pay the agreed upon sizing cost, in addition to the item's original cost, before the item can be shipped.
